Cut Order Range

This range of equipment is designed to each particular client precise requirements in terms of production requirements, inspection, cutting requirement either conventional cut order cross cutting with optional slitting. or more complex intersecting plan cutting with direct interfacing to computer driven optimisation programmes.

The wrapping material dispensers can with paper. Or low or high density P.E. films. Dependant upon the range and type of products to be handled we can either recommend our pressure head rolling system or our pivoting frame design each have their own particular merits with differing environments. Typically we can provide machines configured to provide between 200 and 780 cut per eight hour shift, dependant upon cuts per roll ratio.
